We at Edelmond ® let the old chocolate craft shine in new splendor. We produce our handmade chocolate creations from the bean to the finished bar (bean to bar) according to traditional recipes. Sometimes we still use historic chocolate machines for this.

In our Edelmond chocolate manufactory in Germany, in the beautiful Spreewald, outh of Brandenburg, we process the best, fair trade Grand Cru organic cocoa beans from countries of origin and masterfully refine them with selected components into pure and honest chocolate.
